LaSalle National Bank and Trust Company (the bank), as trustee under a land trust agreement involving certain property in downtown Chicago for which the bank possessed a permit to connect its sewers to those of the city of Chicago, appeals from the entry by the circuit court of Cook County of a directed verdict and judgment in favor of the city.
