KIRUTS, District Judge.
This case is before the court on petitions for review filed by the trustee and two claimants, the Alliance Machine Works and the Rake Frie Nail & Supply Company (which parties will be designated hereafter as the Alliance Works'and the Take Erie Company).
[1] The facts show that in the spring of 1911 the Alliance Works sold to one Eurich two drop forges on a conditional sale contract which provided that the machines should be considered personal property until paid for and should remain the property of the vendor until all charges therefor had been paid.
