The appellants, who were the plaintiffs below and the owners of certain real estate situated in what is known as Richwood Heights, in the City of Richwood, complain of a decree of the circuit court of Nicholas County, entered on the 15th day of November, 1938, in which their prayer for the removal of obstructions to certain streets and alleys in Richwood Heights was denied, and their suit dismissed.
