Gerald Anthony Garcia brought a negligence action against VIA Metropolitan Transit. The jury found VIA negligent and awarded damages to Garcia. In a single issue, VIA contends the trial court erred in refusing to submit to the jury its requested questions on Garcia’s negligence *704and proportionate responsibility. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.

BACKGROUND
