|,In this workers’ compensation matter, the defendant, Brookshire Grocery Company (Brookshire), appeals the workers’ compensation judge’s (WCJ’s) denial of its La.R.S. 28:1208 fraud defense and its judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Johnette Wilczewski, reinstating her weekly indemnity benefits, awarding her the implementation of a permanent spinal cord stimulator, and award her of statutory penalties and attorney fees.
