Plaintiff appeals from an order overruling his general demurrer to defendant’s amended answer, the court certifying the questions presented to be important and doubtful.
The action was brought to recover upon a certificate of deposit issued by the bank to plaintiff on December 22, 1931, maturing six to twelve months thereafter at the option of the holder, with interest to date of maturity at four per cent per annum.
