Appellants, Around the World Importing, Inc. (“ATW”), James Gerhardt, Bonnie Ger-hardt, Marvin Westhoelter and Betty Wes-thoelter, brought an action in six counts against respondents, Mercantile Trust Company, N.A. (“Mercantile”) and Susan T. McSwain.
