NATURE OF CASE

This appeal arises out of a conservatorship proceeding in the Douglas County Court. The appellant objected to the final accounting of the conservator and requested that the conservator be surcharged and relieved of her duties as to administration of the conservatorship. The county court denied the appellant’s request, approved the final accounting, terminated the conservatorship, and discharged the conservator.
