This appeal comes to this Court on questions of law from judgments entered on separate verdicts of a jury in separate proceedings of the trial to determine the value of five parcels of land appropriated for park purposes by the City of Euclid. As the proceedings were initiated by the City, seven parcels, all contiguous, with a total frontage of about nine hundred feet on the north side of Lake Shore Boulevard just east of East 226th Street and extending northerly to Lake Erie, a distance of about seventeen hundred feet, were included in the resolution.
