The Court concludes that the Plaintiff, a former employee of the Defendant construction company, produced sufficient evidence when viewed in the light most favorable to him to generate jury questions as to whether the Defendant violated his rights under the Maine Human Rights Act (MHRA) by terminating his employment because it regarded him as being disabled and/or because of his record of disability.
