MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ANN MARIE DONIO, United States Magistrate Judge.

Presently before the Court is Plaintiff Jane Doe’s motion to proceed in this litigation by pseudonym. Plaintiff, an alleged victim of child pornography, seeks to pursue anonymously her federal and state tort law claims against Defendant. Defendant does not object to Plaintiff using a pseudonym in publicly available documents and/or oral communications.1 The Court finds that Plaintiff meets the strong burden necessary to proceed in this action by pseudonym.
