This is the state’s appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court granting the defendant’s motions to suppress evidence and dismiss two indictments which charged him with different possessory offenses — possession of counterfeit money and possession of four stolen radios. The pivotal issue is the sufficiency of two nearly identical affidavits submitted by the Westerly police to a judge of the District Court who then issued two search warrants.
