Hahn brought ejectment against H. A. Bealor, executor of the will of Rebecca Hahn, deceased, for a lot and a dwelling thereon, situated in the borough of Manheim. Issue. At the trial on November 29,1886, a verdict was rendered for the plaintiff, with six cents damages and six cents costs.

There are eleven specifications of error in this case, six of which relate to the admission and rejection of evidence, and the remainder to the charge of the court.
We see no error in the refusal to allow the question contained in the first specification. The witness had testified that she saw Mrs. Hahn immediately after her husband left her, and that she cried, and seemed distressed. As the issue was whether the husband had cause for leaving his wife, her condition, or what she may have said, a week or a month after his departure, cannot be regarded as a part of…
