MEMORANDUM OPINION
DOWD, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Canton Printing Pressmen and Assistants Union No. 241, (the Union) filed the above-captioned case against defendant, The Canton Repository, seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages, and attorney fees pursuant to § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act. 1 The Union alleges that the Repository breached its agreement to be bound by the decision of the arbitrator and refused to comply with the arbitrator’s award.
