Reversing.

Upon a trial under an indictment charging- him with having murdered Champion.Bratcher, the appellant, Will Ayers, was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and his punishment -feed ¿t confinement in the penitentiary for twenty-one years.

The grounds relied upon for reversal are (1) the admission of incompetent evidence, (2) errors in the instructions, (3) misconduct upon the part of the Commonwealth’s attorney and employed counsel in their arguments to the jury, and (4) that the verdict is flagrantly against the evidence, and the result of passion or…
