Nelson Louis Brackin, appellant here, brought an equitable petition in the Superior Court of Polk County seeking the partition of certain real property against his former wife Mrs. Frauke G. Brackin, the appellee, and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and J. C. Penny Company as interested parties.
