This is an appeal in the form of a writ of error from a default judgment rendered against plaintiff in error. The sufficiency of the service to support the judgment is the sole question raised, and in re- . spect to that question two points are presented. The first is that the officer’s return is insufficient to show service according to the requirements of the statute.
