— In a proceeding, inter alia, to stay arbitration demanded by petitioner’s insured, Joseph Testagrossa, pursuant to the uninsured motorist provisions of the insurance policy issued to him, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 9, 1977, which, after a hearing, inter alia, denied the application.
