In a proceeding to stay arbitration of an uninsured motorist claim, the petitioner, American Security Insurance Company, appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Held, J.), dated July 22,1982 which denied its application to stay arbitration. Judgment reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for a new hearing and determination in accordance herewith.
