OPINION
SARGUS, District Judge.
Defendant-Appellant Donald Baggett was convicted by a jury on charges of interstate domestic violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2261(a)(2). On appeal, Bag-gett asserts that the district court erred in computing his sentence by improperly applying a six-level enhancement based on a finding that the victim suffered permanent or life-threatening bodily injury as defined in United States Sentencing Guidelines (“U.S.S.G.”) § 2A2.2(b)(3) and a two-level enhancement for obstruction of justice under U.S.S.G. § 3C1.1.
