This cause is before the Court on the Motion to Strike Jury Demand filed by Frederick M. Luper, the Chapter 11 Trustee (“Plaintiff” or “Trustee”), and the Opposition thereto by Defendants Banner Industries, Inc. and Plymouth Leasing Company (collectively “Banner”).
