Before the Court is the Motion to Strike Jury Demand (hereinafter the “Motion”), filed by the defendants, Sprint Corporation, Sprint Spectrum, L.P., WirelessCo, L.P., and SprintCom, Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sprint”). The plaintiff in this adversary proceeding, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of iPCS, Inc., iPCS Wireless, Inc., and iPCS Equipment, Inc. (hereinafter the “Committee”), opposes the Motion.
