Gloria Elam (Elam) appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of the *450Board of Education of the City of St. Louis (Board) awarding it $3,994.36 for Elam’s violation of Section 167.020, RSMo Cum. Supp.1999, and $35,730.00 for fraud, including $3,000.00 in punitive damages.
