MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court. The following two issues are presented: (1) whether in the circumstances of this case the Bankruptcy Judge erred in denying appellants an extension of time within which to file their appeal to this Court, and (2) whether the Bankruptcy Judge erred in allowing the Trustee in Bankruptcy to expend funds of the Debtors’ estate to assist in defraying the costs of two potentially massive civil suits, in only one of which the Trustee is a named plaintiff, against former officers,…
