HomeR FERGUSON, Judge:
The accused officer is under sentence to dismissal following conviction of the offenses of larceny, wrongfully and dishonorably borrowing money from an enlisted man, and uttering a check with intent to deceive. lie petitioned this Court for grant of review to test the correctness of the board of review’s decision affirming the findings and sentence.
