Plaintiff is now and at all times hereafter mentioned a corporation duly organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Illinois with its registered office and principal place of business in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, within the First Collection District of Illinois and within the Northern Judicial District, Eastern Division of the State of Illinois.
