MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This is an action for the dissolution of a marriage and related relief.

Before recounting the facts, a brief history of the case is in order. The case was tried on all or parts of 14 different dates, over a period of 6 months (15 dates over 9 months including final motions and closing arguments).
