DiCLERICO, District Judge.
Victor Acosta-Roman pled guilty, pursuant to a written plea agreement, to three money laundering counts and received three concurrent fifty-seven month sentences. On appeal, he contends that the district court erred in adding a six-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 2Sl.l(b)(l) and that the waiver provision in his plea agreement does not bar his appeal. The government contends that the appeal should be dismissed because Acosta waived his right to appeal.
