This was brought as an action in equity in the United States District Court of Kansas to set aside the will and the probate thereof of Mrs. Louise Sitzler, who died on Monday, April 15, 1912. The will was executed Saturday, April 13, 1912. It is alleged in the bill of complaint that the will was offered for probate and probated in common form in the probate court of Jackson county, Kan., in April, 1912.
