In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the *716plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Partnow, J.), dated December 7, 2005, which granted those branches of the defendants’ separate motions which were to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them on the ground that the action was barred by a general release.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
