BROADDUS, Presiding Judge.

This is an action brought by plaintiff, Continental Electric Company, against Ebco, Incorporated, a sub-contractor, and Ford Motor Company, the property owner, to establish and enforce a materialman’s lien. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff against the defendant Ebco, Incorporated, in the sum of $7,606.44 and against the defendant Ford Motor Company establishing a lien in like amount against the property of said defendant.
