I. INTRODUCTION
This contested matter stems from the bankruptcy of Sea Island Company (“Debtor”), a luxury resort on Georgia’s coast. Dennie McCrary — an unsecured creditor of Sea Island — objected to a motion by the Liquidation Trustee (“Trustee”) for an extension of the claims objection deadline and for related relief.
