This case concerns the antitrust laws of the United States, in an action between private litigants.

An amended complaint containing 20 causes of action was filed on behalf of a number of plaintiffs against defendant Shell Oil Company. Plaintiffs are operators of retail service stations at which petroleum products supplied by Shell, as hereinafter set forth, are sold to consumers or users.
