MEMORANDUM OPINION
WEINER, District Judge.
Before the Court for determination is the amount of damages to be awarded BP/Sohio and the Corinthos interests.* The trial of the damage issues was bifurcated from the trial of the liability issues. The Court issued its opinion determining the issues of liability on February 19,1980, 503 F.Supp. 337, when it was concluded that the Queeny interests were not entitled to *352limit their liability for the damages suffered by various parties as a result of the collision between the S.S.
