John Samuel Guido, appellani/defendant below (hereinafter “Mr. Guido”), appeals two orders entered by the Circuit Court of Marion County. The first order declared Mr. Guido in contempt of a previous child support order. The second order imposed for the benefit of Kendra M. Guido, appellee/plaintiff below (hereinafter Ms. Guido) a constructive trust on certain funds in the possession of Mr. Guido’s parents, Josephine Guido or John Guido d/b/a East Side Floor and Wall.
