These consolidated cases arise out of Celento Hairston’s lawsuit against Ronald Zieve and National Hair Transplant Specialists, Inc. for their unauthorized televising of Hairston’s before and after hair replacement photographs. Following a jury verdict in favor of Hairston in the total amount of $365,000, 1 defendants appealed the trial court’s order denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
