The complainant, a copartnership, filed its original bill against “Mrs. Clara Bell, doing business under the firm name of Bell’s Bakery,” to recover $1288.13, damages for breach of contract.
Luther Bell operated a bakery business under the trade name of “Bell’s Bakery.”'
