Concannon v. Concannon

This is a petition for a writ of certiorari which seeks to review a decision of a Family Court justice denying a motion by the respondent to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction a petition by the petitioner seeking a determination of the amount to be paid for the support of the minor children, and ordering the trustee under the will of the deceased mother of the respondent to make support payments from funds of a trust set up under the will.
