MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEVEN H. FRIEDMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS CAUSE came before the Court for trial on March 8, 2007 on the Complaint Objecting to Discharge (C.P. 1), filed by Deborah C. Menotte, chapter 7 trustee. The Court, having considered the testimony of the witnesses, the documentary evidence presented by the parties, the candor and demeanor of the witnesses, the underlying pleadings, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds that the trustee has failed to carry her burden of proof as to the denial of the debtor’s discharge.
