In an action brought by plaintiffs for alleged fraud and deceit in the sale of a note for the sum of $6,000, secured by a trust deed, and upon trial by jury, at the close of all the evidence, defendant made a motion for an instructed verdict in his favor. In conformity with paragraph 3 of section 68 of the Civil Practice Act (Ill. State Bar Stats. 1935, ch. 110, p. 2447), the court reserved its decision on the motion and submitted the cause to the jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiffs in the sum of $3,781.62.
