William F. Robertson, on May 12 1924, filed suit in the District Court of the 68th Judicial District of Dallas County, against Henry E. Caswell, C. R. DeLeach, F. D. Blount, J. G. Foley, D. Jones, S. B. Carpenter, J. Horsner, J. N. McCollum, Chas. R. Carter, R. H. Wester, S. E. Moss, and Earl Beeler, each of whom resided in the state of Florida, except S. E.
