ADAMS, District Judge.

This action was brought by Albert Har-loff and Alrick Rodsetti, managing owners of the steamship Tyr, against the corporation of Barber & Company to recover a balance of hire claimed to be due for said steamer under a charter dated the 24th of January, 1905. The amount unpaid is alleged to be $3034.20 from which credits are allowed to the extent of $1366.17, leaving a balance of $1668.03, the amount sued for.
