The sole issue is whether the appellant is the complete and absolute owner of certain real estate. Appellees contracted to buy the property from appellant if she had a good merchantable title to the entire premises. After an examination of the proffered abstract, appellees claimed that appellant’s title was defective; and this litigation ensued.
