Hoffman v. Pack, Woods & Co.
Michigan Supreme Court
Error to Iosco; Simpson, J. Replevin by Wesley L. Hoffman against Pack, Woods & Company and the Oscoda Boom Company. From a judgment for defendants on verdict directed by the court, plaintiff brings error.
