Cochrane v. Zahos

The plaintiff brought suit against John Zahos and .Constantine H. Zahos as copartners doing business at Malden and at Newton as Zahos Brothers, in Malden also as Imperial Lunch Company, and in Newton as Imperial Cafeteria.
