delivered the opinion of the Commission of Appeals, Section A.. This is an original mandamus proceeding instituted in the Supreme Court by Mrs. A. Y. Armstrong, a feme sole, as relator, against Hon. J. H. Walker, Commissioner of the General Land Office, as respondent, to compel respondent to issue to relator a patent to 126% acres of land in LaSalle County, Texas, known as the J. B.
