Fred Warnoek, a young man 32 years old, was employed in Warnoek Brothers’ general merchandise store in Fullerton, a town of some five hundred inhabitants or more, in Greenup County. The store faced Ferry Street on the east side of the railroad track, while the railroad platform faced Ferry Street on the western or opposite side of the railroad track.
