Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Richards, J.), rendered September 15, 2008, which resentenced defendant following her conviction of the crime of assault in the second degree.
Following an incident in which defendant stabbed her paramour with a knife, she was charged with attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
