Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Scarano, Jr., J.), rendered January 12, 2004, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

Defendant waived indictment and agreed to be prosecuted by a superior court information charging him with attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. He pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced, among other things, to five years’ probation. As part of the plea, he also waived his right to appeal.
