Suit by Ehman against the Lafayette and Indianapolis Railroad Company, and the Indianapolis and *84Cincinnati Railroad Company, to recover the value of a cow and young heifer, alleged to have been killed on the railroad track of the first named company, by a train of cars run upon and over the same by the company last named.
